What guarantees do you offer?

Our timber is guaranteed against fungal infection for 30 years, our glazing units for 10 years and our paint for up to 3 years. Any window needs to be protected from the elements through regular maintenance, depending on location and aspect the influence of weather will vary. Certainly by 5 years your windows will need a service – a fresh coat of paint and some TLC! See our terms and conditions for further information.
