you use hardwood frames?
There is no structural need to use
hardwood and it is certainly not required for authenticity.
Our engineered softwood is extremely strong and stable, has
passed British Standards testing for strength, is more sustainable
than hardwood and better value.
What
glazing do you use?
We use double glazed units, argon filled, with the
slim warm edge spacer bars conforming to the latest British
Standards.
Are your products carbon friendly?
That’s the beauty of wood! In fact wood is carbon
positive …no chimneys pumping out U-PVC waste in our
Factories!
Do you fit windows?
Yes, we offer a fitting service and will price this
separately in our quotation. We base our costs on Labour time
and materials. We are a member of FENSA.
Do you refurbish?
No, we only replace windows, sorry!
Which parts of the UK do you cover?
We service the home owner market in London and the
Home Counties. We do work UK wide with Architects and Developers.
How do I know I am getting a good price?
